The guy from Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties showed up on time and cleaned all the carpets. It smells good afterward, which is a plus. Everything they said they were going to do, they did. The pricing was fair. This was my first time, but I could see myself using their service again.

Jon called me 45 minutes before he arrived, which I greatly appreciated. He was even earlier than scheduled time!!! He was very polite and very professional. First time Iíve used Chem-Dry in KC, I used them for years in Louisville, KY. So far, a great experience.
