I called to make an appointment and was actually speaking with the owner. Although they don’t usually travel to Spring Hill he made an exception without extra charge. They were in and out in about an hour. Will recommend!

I hired the staff from Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties to do some carpet cleaning for my house. I was very pleased with how the service went and I think that I would recommend them to other people. I first heard about the company from a magazine and I have used them a few times for this kind of service. I would describe the staff as very professional and I am happy with the results of this most recent job. If I am in need of another service, I would be happy to call them over again.

I have lived in my house for 7 years and not had the carpets cleaned. With two young boys, our carpets were certainly screaming ìI need to be cleanedî! There were several areas that the supposedly cream colored carpet appeared a grayish Black. The tech that came to my house did a fabulous job tackling those tough stains. He went back three times over one area just to get it the best he could. I had zero expectations about my carpets actually looking better given the shape they were in, but I was blown away!!!! Great job Chem Dry!!! Will be a repeat customer for years!!!!

Their employees are polite, and were perfectly on time. They’re efficient and offer a high-quality product with pleasant service. I had no problems with them, and would certainly recommend them to others.

The technician arrived promptly, reviewed what we wanted, explained the options we had and then performed the work exceptionally well. My wife asked him to apply shoe covers and he promptly complied. We were very pleased with the results and will use them again.
