I’ve been a customer with Chem-Dry for a fairly long time and I can say that I’ve pretty much always been happy with their service. Last time I used the service I wasn’t actually there when they came, but my family member told me they were on time. It looked good so I could tell that they did a good job. Their prices are very good. I would definitely recommend their service.

I recently went to Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties when I had some carpeting in my home that was in need of a thorough cleaning, and was quite pleased with how the work from them went. The people that came out to do the cleaning were very friendly and professional while they were here, and were very efficient with getting everything done. The work itself was completed quicker than I had been expecting, and the carpets are all looking like new. Overall I thought Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties did a great job with the work I needed, I will definitely use them again when needed, and I highly recommend their services.
