I had a good experience with Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties. My carpets were clean in the end, but it wasn’t completely dry. A part of the carpet stayed really wet for a couple of days. Other than that, though, the service was fine. The employees were good to work with and their pricing is reasonable. It was my first time using them, but I would use them again in the future.

Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties was very professional and did a superb job. The technicians were very helpful and nice. They cleaned the carpets of my three bedrooms, my living room, and the stairs. There were stains when we moved into the house and they were able to get them all out. They have reasonable pricing and I would definitely use them again in the future.

I had bought two cans of cleaning fluid from Chem-Dry of Johnson and Jackson Counties, and found their overall service to be just okay. They delivered the two cans on time, but I later found that one of the products does not quite work the way it was supposed to. I’m still waiting to hear from one of their managers on the status of that exchange, but otherwise found their service pretty easy to navigate. Communication is easy when you find someone to talk to, and the other product of theirs works just fine!

The service man did a good job

I’ve used A-1 Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties on a couple of occasions and I have been satisfied with their work. The person who arrived to clean the carpets did a really good job. He also took the time to explain what he was doing. He just had a nice personality. He arrived on time and was professional throughout the process. It was also very easy to schedule with them. I’d definitely call them back if I needed.
