I have absolutely no complaints about Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties. They did a good job for me! I would recommend!

I have used Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties in the past. For this appointment, they showed up on time, were nice and friendly and got right to the job. They did a good job and the carpets did come out good. The only part of the carpet that settled down and seemed to turn back were the high traffic areas. I expected that because of wear.

The only reason I did not give them an exceptional rating was due to the fact that they did not move any furniture. I tried to do some of the moving myself. When I went to move the furniture around I did notice that the carpet was not clean where they didn’t move the furniture. I had to go to the store and buy a cleaner to clean those areas. I think when you schedule the appointment and they tell you that they move the furniture then that is what they should do. I will not use them for a couple of years and see if that might change their mind on the moving of furniture.

The areas of the carpet that they did clean turned out good and I am not dissatisfied with that at all.

Showed up on time and got the job done right! Carpets look awesome!,
