We have used Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties for at least five years to clean the carpets in our resident’s rooms. They are very friendly people, and pretty good about being on time. They do a great job and try very hard to make sure we are happy with their work. After they clean a room, they will ask us to inspect it, to make sure the work meets our standards before they leave. That really impresses me.

Scott did such a great job! Talk about working hard and getting great results. We have an elderly dog and a lot of urine spots. I was embarrassed, too many spots. Scott was very professional and discussed pricing with me so I could make an informed decision on on what to do. I asked if he owned the company because of his commitment to quality service, working hard and pleasant disposition. He does not but the company is lucky to have him on their team. Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties came out to clean my carpets for me and they did a real good job. They were right on time, and the man was a very nice person. I really liked his personality. This is the first time I used them, and the carpet is very old, so I will probably have new carpet the next time I call them!

Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties did a fine job. What I really liked though was the stuff in the pink can. I have grandchildren, two dogs, and a cat. I will order more. I even ran next door when I saw a Chem-Dry truck and asked them if they could sell me some of that pink stuff!

I had Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties for the second time to clean the small area of my home that has carpet. Their cleaning turned out well when I first used them, so when there were some stains due to cat urine, I reached out to them. They did a good job in getting the stains out. I would use them again in the future.
