“Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties cleaned most of the floors in the home that we were moving into. This was a pretty big job and the previous owner had pets so there was a urine smell. They guy that came out was friendly and courteous and got right to the job. It was overall a good experience and the floors turned out good. Some time later we noticed the urine smell in the basement which was painted and had the grooves. We did have to go back into those grooves with a toothbrush ourselves and that seemed to take care of that issue. I would also like to point out that the van that showed up didn’t leak oil on the driveway and didn’t have to be sitting there running the entire time. The price was good for this service and I would recommend them.

They did a great job of cleaning the carpets and were even able to remove some pet stains! The carpets turned out fantastic! They were knowledgeable in giving great advice about how to get up the stains in between cleanings and I thought that was a nice touch! “I cruised around on the internet looking for someone to come out and clean the carpets at the end of August. Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties was able to get out sooner than others I had contacted. I was not home when the carpet technician arrived but my son was. I had left some questions that I had for the technician and he was able to answer all of them and seemed to be very knowledgeable about his service. I have pets so I was concerned if there would be any residue remaining on the carpets and it turned out that there was not which I liked a lot.

Like most homes, we have high traffic areas and I wanted to make sure that those were cleaned to my satisfaction. I was pleased that they did. The areas of concern were from the kitchen to the living room and an area in front of the television and then up into one of the bedrooms and a piece of the hallway. He did a great job on all of these areas.

I thought he did a great job, the carpet looks really good. I think the price that I paid for what he did do was a little high and the price is my driving factor for repeat business. I would like to set up annual cleanings for my carpet and I will talk with him to see if there is a discount for repeated business. All in all the carpets turned out great but I am just looking for a better price for the amount of carpet that was cleaned. “

This is the second time we used ChemDry, we clean our carpet every year. He was very professional and wanted to make sure we were pleased with his service. He did a great job and I would recommend his work. We will use them again next year.
