I have used Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties on numerous occasions. They do very good work for me, and their employees are always on time, and very friendly people. I definitely noticed a difference on how quickly my carpets dry with their system. My carpets look great, and I am very satisfied with Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties and highly recommend them to others.

This was my first time to use Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties. I did not want to use another one of those carpet cleaning companies that use water because the last time I did, my carpet got all stretched out, and I had to have somebody come by and get all the wrinkles out. So, I chose to use Chem-Dry because they use something other than water in their machines. Anyway, the Chem-Dry man came out, and he was very polite and friendly. He showed up on time. But, he just did not get the carpets as clean as what I expected. So, that is why I did not give them Five Stars in every category. But overall, I was basically satisfied. I mean, the carpets did come out a lot drier, and they didn’t stretch like with the water-based carpet cleaners.

They did a great job of getting out all of the stains, including the cat urine. They were easy to schedule and they arrived on time. I trusted Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties in my house and with my furniture and they did a great job.
