I am definitely a repeat customer of Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties. In fact, I have never, ever used any company other than Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties to clean my carpets. I guess I have been so satisfied that I have never even felt the need to try those other carpet cleaning companies which use steam to clean the carpets.

Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties always does a very thorough job. On the latest visit, I did what I always do, which is I move the smaller items out of the way. Then Chem-Dry comes in and cleans what I guess you would call the high traffic areas, the places where people walk on the carpet. The carpets look great, so I give them Five Stars all around!

My dogs were sick and they had diarrhea. It was a horrible mess. I called Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties and I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner, which was wonderful given the problem. The technician couldn’t have been better. He was polite, kind and nice, and he did a wonderful job. I would definitely use them again!

Had a different company clean my basement, but the smell of cat urine was still pretty strong. After the Chem dry process, the basement carpet smelled fresh and clean.
