The area where the carpet abuts a room without carpeting seems to get extra soiled. He was not able to get those areas as clean.

This was my first time using Chem-Dry of Johnson & Jackson Counties. I own several rental properties, and one of the companies that I regularly use went out of business, so I called them upon a referral from an associate. They cleaned all of the carpet in the house, which is about 2/3 of the house. For a RETAIL customer, they are very satisfactory, very professional, easy to reach, easy to schedule, and they showed up on time. They are reliable, and I like to give a lot of credit for being reliable because lots of companies just aren’t these days.

I would have given this company five stars for everything, if I had been a RETAIL customer. However, since I own many properties, I have lots and lots of work under multiple addresses, and I was interested in a landlord/repeat customer kind of deal. They didn’t offer this, and their prices are significantly higher than their competitors that do offer this type of pricing.

I think the technicians are very professional and courteous.

We had carpets cleaned prior to the sale of our home, we had very good quality carpet and cleaned it fairly regularly but on day of sale the 12 y/o carpet looked like new, house sold in one day.
